Yes, we have many package options. From a one-off cleaning or a recurring professional cleaning service, we have the right experience for you or your family.
Do I need to do anything before you come to my house?
We gently suggest that the best thing you can do is minimize clutter before cleaning. The more spaces we can access, the more time and value you will get from your cleaning, and we can do more for you and your family.
Can my pet stay home during the clean?
Of Course! We strive to make your experience the best possible, whenever possible we suggest choosing a good location so that your pets are safe and protected while we clean. As much as we love your pawed friends, pick up all pet feces before cleaning up.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
We completely understand that unforeseen events happen. Please let us know two business days before your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you at a different day/time. Last minute cancellations a service charge may apply.
I like familiar faces and trustworthy people. Will you always send me the same team?
Providing quality cleaning services is a top priority for us. Our client base is built on values of trust and familiarity. You will be notified if something happens, or if for some reason we need to send someone else. Knowing your favorites values our team.
Do I have to be home when you come clean?
Nope! In fact, most of our customers are not around while we clean. You can leave us a spare key or provide codes to open the doors.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
Don't worry, we will contact you if your regularly scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday.
Do your Professional House Cleaners accept tips?
Yes, they are allowed to accept tips. Although tipping is not expected, it is always appreciated! And a kind gesture is always welcome.
What if something is broken during my cleaning?
Unexpected events happen. Don't worry, we will find the best solution to repair or replace whatever is necessary.
